Fill Out Your Maryland Unemployment Weekly Claim Certification
You must complete a weekly claim certificate for each week you wish to receive UI benefits. The claim certification, a legal document that is also known as UI benefits, asks you several questions to confirm your eligibility for unemployment.
These questions are applicable to the entire week. After the DUI Payment Week (Sunday through Saturday), you must submit your Certificate to Claim.
